Welcome To The Village Store
Welcome to our Village Store where you can buy the finest quality produce including steaks, roasting joints, sausages, burgers, lamb chops, and mince, from our organically farmed Red Poll Beef, Dorper Lamb, and Free Range Pork. We also provide a selection of meat boxes. All our meat is produced on the Royal Sandringham Estate and surrounding estates in North Norfolk.
Our dedication to quality covers every stage of the process, from preparing our pastures without chemicals, to selecting the rare breeds that deliver the best taste and textures, to ensuring all our Red Poll beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days.
Our Master Butcher has 29 years’ experience in the business. He personally makes sure that every order received is cut and trimmed to perfection. Great Bircham Foods gives everyone access to the skills and craft of a ‘local butcher’, with the convenience of buying online.
In a hurry? Why not leave it to our Butchers and try one of our box schemes? On average customers save around 15% by ordering a box!!
Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched for next working day delivery – a Saturday morning special delivery service is available on request. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please telephone us to arrange any special delivery arrangements you may have.
At the checkout you can pay with any standard credit or debit cards and transactions are carried out on a totally secure server.
