Refund Policy of Great Bircham Foods.
I. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and is calculated upon checkout. All items are sent via Royal Mail. The shipping prices come directly from Royal Mail, and are generated dynamically based on your post code. (The handling fee we charge covers the shipping material - boxes and ice packs.)
All orders containing only shelf stable products will be packed in corrugated boxes and shipped anywhere via ground delivery.
Orders that contain both perishable and shelf stable products will be shipped in foam boxes and handled as perishable.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxess. We will gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
II. Return and Refund Policy
Our Guarantee
Your complete and total satisfaction is our first priority. We expect you will be completely satisfied with your order from Great Bircham Foods. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Great Bircham Foods. Please notify us of any problems with your order by the next business day. Please do not return any items to us unless so directed by our store.
We will do whatever we deem necessary to resolve the problem, up to and including a full replacement or refund - solely at our discretion.
Delivery Problems
If the perishable meat products in your order should spoil due to one of the reasons below, Great Bircham Foods will not be obligated to provide a free replacement to you.
1. The delivery address you gave us when you ordered is wrong, and this causes your order delivery to fail. Make sure to double check your shipping address when you place your order.
2. Our product is delivered properly on the day it is due, but is left unrefrigerated (for whatever reason) and spoils. It is your responsibility to move the items in your order into refrigeration on the same day the order is delivered.
