News from Sandringham

Some of our regular customers have been writing in and asking us if we could do a range of meat boxes. A lot of customers seem to have confidence in our Butchery Team and to save time are happy for them to pick out the best cuts of meat at a given time.

Last week we sat down with our Head Butcher Brian and drew up a list of products and boxes based on his experience of what people ask for in the shop.

So now – available only on-line we have a special selection of meat boxes. They will save you time in ordering, and a little bit of money too. They also make for a great present!!!

Oh, and if you know someone who needs convincing about our meat, ask them to try our Introductory Box. It is terrific value and if you don’t like the meat we will give you the money back!

We always encourage people to taste our products and experience the difference for themselves.  Looking at the papers it certainly seems to be working!!

Well December and January really has been a very busy time for us indeed. As well as having lots of orders for customers wanting something extra special for Christmas, we have been providing the Royal Family with delicious Red Poll Beef and Dorper Lamb during their stay here in Sandringham. These orders are very pleasing because the chef’s who are serving the Royal Family have been specifically asking for our products, but it has meant we have been extra busy over December and January.

For people who follow us on Facebook, we hope you enjoyed the photos of Great Bircham in the snow!! Certainly a challenging but fun time for everyone.

During January and February we have lots of new and exciting things happening. We will shortly be introducing a box scheme for people who want a selection of our produce once a month. Also don’t forget our Apple Juice is now available from our on-line store and comes highly recommended. It is going be an exciting 2010!!
